Sustainable Fashion – Also referred to as Green fashion or Eco fashion is fashion that is designed keeping in mind the environment and social responsibility. Materials used are usually sustainably grown fiber crops or recycled materials.
Fast Fashion – it is a term used by fashion retailers to describe inexpensive designs that move quickly from the catwalk to stores to meet new trends. Unlike previously when fashion seasons were only limited to two , today there are about 52 micro seasons per year.
Fair Trade – trade between companies in which fair prices are paid to the producers.
Landfills -the disposal of waste material by burying it, especially as a method of filling in and reclaiming excavated pits. Every year millions of garments are discarded as consumers ditch fast-fashion styles for a new wardrobe.
Minimalism – In simple terms , minimalism refers to limiting one’s possessions. By lowering expenditure on goods or services, the time spent earning money can be reduced and can be used to pursue other interests.
